  • What is your turnaround time?
    Mugs - Dispatch within 24 hours. Other items - Dispatch 2-3 Days. Please note we only operate Monday to Friday, and our cut off time for delivery is 12-noon. All of our items are personalised and hand made to order.
  • I have a design in mind - can you create it for me?
    Yes, absolutely! We welcome creative ideas from our customers, just get in touch with what you are after and we will turn it into reality for you! PS - there is no design free - you will pay for the item only! Yay!
  • Can I pick up the same day?
    Our stock levels are kept low and we cannot guarantee we will have what you are after in stock. HOWEVER, we are trying to make personalised gifts much easier to get hold of in Market Drayton and the surrounding areas, so please give us a call or drop us an email with what you are after, and if we can, we will help you out and have the item ready for pick up later in the day. We get that it's easy to forget upcoming birthdays or events and we will endeavour to help you get that something special with a quick turnaround! 😄
  • Where can I pick up from?
    Pick up is always welcome, it saves you money, and saves me panicking about your item getting lost or damaged! Here are some places I find myself regularly, and you are welcome to collect off me here. You can pick up from: Me (Sutton Lane, Woodseaves, just 30 seconds from The Four Alls) Buntingsdale Primary School (at school run times, term time only) Scout Hut (Monday & Thursday evenings)
  • What are the delivery and pick up options?
    We offer a local pick up service and local delivery from our Studio just outside of Market Drayton. If you would like to collect or have your item delivered outside of the usual Royal Mail operating times, please select this at checkout. For local pick up, we will mark your item as ready for pick up, and will offer you some collection slots. Please reply with your prefered slot time and date, and remember to bring a form of ID to the collection address. For local delivery, once your item is ready, we will contact you to offer a selection of delivery slots.   • Recycled Packaging
    If you make an order with us, you might find that the outer packaging is a re-used envelope or box. We are trying harder than ever to use recycled packaging and re-use our delivery boxes, to reduce our impact on the environment. We also use recycled eco-packaging tape that can be recycled with the box. The inner packaging, protecting your new item, will be of new materials, but always from a renewable or recycled source!
  • What are your delivery options?
    Delivery options include a 24-hour and 48-hour tracked service with Royal Mail. Once your item has been marked as dispatched, your item will be picked up the next day and usually delivered within 24 hours (Royal Mail states this is a 2-3 day service and operational on business days only). If your item was marked as dispatched on a Saturday, your item will be picked up on the Monday. We offer a local pick up service and local delivery too. For local pick up, we will mark your item as ready for pick up, and will offer you some collection slots. Please reply with your prefered slot time and date, and remember to bring a form of ID to the collection address.
