RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our items being personalised and printed to order, non of our items are returnable unless damaged. If your item has been damaged in transit, please ensure you take a photo of the packaging and item and we will endeavour to rectify the issue. You can send your photos, order number and any helpful information via our contact form.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICK UP

All of our items will be delivered via Royal Mail, Tracked 48. If you are local to Market Drayton, you are welcome to pick up your item once it has been made. Please message to arrange a suitable time and date. We also offer a delivery service for Market Drayton and the local villages. Please note these are personalised items, so production time can be anything from 1-5 working days. If you need your order urgently, please speak to me first.
